ส่วนที่ ๔ การเลิกและชำระบัญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนสามัญ

ถ้าเมื่อสิ้นกำหนดการซึ่งได้ตกลงกันไว้และผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนทั้งหลายหรือผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนซึ่งเคยได้จัดการอยู่ในระหว่างกำหนดนั้น ยังคงดำเนินการค้าของห้างหุ้นส่วนอยู่ต่อไปโดยมิได้ชำระบัญชีหรือชำระเงินกันให้เสร็จไปไซร้ ท่านให้ถือว่าผู้เป็นหุ้นส่วนทั้งปวงได้ตกลงคงทำการเป็นหุ้นส่วนกันสืบไปโดยไม่มีกำหนดการ
