คณะกรรมการบริษัทเดิมต้องส่งมอบกิจการ ทรัพย์สิน บัญชี เอกสาร และหลักฐานต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทให้แก่คณะกรรมการบริษัทที่ควบรวมแล้วภายในเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันที่เสร็จสิ้น การประชุมตามมาตรา ๑๒๔๐/๑
