ลักษณะ ๘ ภาระติดพันในอสังหาริมทรัพย์
ถ้าไม่มีกำหนดเวลา ท่านให้สันนิษฐานไว้ก่อนว่าภาระติดพันในอสังหาริมทรัพย์มีอยู่ตลอดชีวิตผู้รับประโยชน์
ถ้ามีกำหนดเวลา ท่านให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๑๔๐๓ วรรคสาม มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
