(๑) หาประกันอันสมควรในการจัดการทรัพย์สินของผู้อยู่ในปกครอง ตลอดจนการมอบคืนทรัพย์สินนั้น
(๒) แถลงถึงความเป็นอยู่แห่งทรัพย์สินของผู้อยู่ในปกครอง
