ให้ผู้ปกครองทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินส่งต่อศาลปีละครั้งนับแต่วันเป็นผู้ปกครอง แต่เมื่อศาลได้รับบัญชีปีแรกแล้วจะสั่งให้ส่งบัญชีเช่นว่านั้นในระยะเวลาเกินหนึ่งปีก็ได้
