ถ้าค่าใช้จ่ายนั้นมิได้เสียไปเพื่อประโยชน์ของเจ้าหนี้หมดทุกคนไซร้ บุริมสิทธิย่อมจะใช้ได้แต่เฉพาะต่อเจ้าหนี้ผู้ที่ได้รับประโยชน์จากการนั้น
