ส่วนที่ ๒ ความสามารถ

ถ้าเหตุที่ทำให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถได้สิ้นสุดไปแล้ว และเมื่อบุคคลผู้นั้นเองหรือบุคคลใด ๆ ดังกล่าวมาในมาตรา ๒๘ ร้องขอต่อศาลก็ให้ศาลสั่งเพิกถอนคำสั่งที่ให้เป็นคนไร้ความสามารถนั้น
คำสั่งของศาลตามมาตรานี้ ให้ประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
