ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินที่ศาลได้ตั้งขึ้น ต้องทำบัญชีทรัพย์สินของผู้ไม่อยู่ให้เสร็จภายในสามเดือนนับแต่วันทราบคำสั่งตั้งของศาล แต่ผู้จัดการทรัพย์สินจะร้องขอต่อศาลให้ขยายเวลาก็ได้
