ถ้าเวลาก็มิได้กำหนดกันไว้ ทั้งในสัญญาก็ไม่ปรากฏว่ายืมไปใช้เพื่อการใดไซร้ ท่านว่าผู้ให้ยืมจะเรียกของคืนเมื่อไรก็ได้
