Section 710 ประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์
หมวด ๑ บทเบ็ดเสร็จทั่วไป
และในการนี้คู่สัญญาจะตกลงกันดังต่อไปนี้ก็ได้ คือว่า
(๑) ให้ผู้รับจำนองใช้สิทธิบังคับเอาแก่ทรัพย์สินซึ่งจำนองตามลำดับอันระบุไว้
(๒) ให้ถือเอาทรัพย์สินแต่ละสิ่งเป็นประกันหนี้เฉพาะแต่ส่วนหนึ่งส่วนใดที่ระบุไว้
