เมื่อทรัพย์สินอันหนึ่งอันเดียวได้จำนองแก่ผู้รับจำนองหลายคนด้วยกัน ท่านให้ถือลำดับผู้รับจำนองเรียงตามวันและเวลาจดทะเบียน และผู้รับจำนองคนก่อนจักได้รับใช้หนี้ก่อนผู้รับจำนองคนหลัง
