ถ้าไม่มีคำคัดค้าน และคำรับรองมิได้ลงวัน ท่านให้ถือว่าผู้รับรองได้ให้คำรับรองนั้นในวันท้ายแห่งกำหนดเวลาซึ่งจำกัดไว้ตามกฎหมาย หรือตามสัญญาเพื่อการยื่นตั๋วนั้น
