หมวด ๓ การคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง

ในกรณีที่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ได้รับแจ้งหรือพบเห็นคนไร้ที่พึ่ง ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่มีหน้าที่ให้คำปรึกษา แนะนำ และช่วยเหลือ ตลอดจนจัดส่งคนไร้ที่พึ่งไปยังสถานคุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่งหรือศูนย์คุ้มครองคนไร้ที่พึ่ง
