ภาคที่ ๒ ว่าด้วยลักษณะความผิดโดยเฉพาะ

เชลยศึกคนใดท่านปล่อยตัวไปโดยมันให้คำสัตย์ไว้ว่าจะไม่กระทำการรบพุ่งต่อท่านอีกจนตลอดเวลาสงครามคราวนั้น ถ้าและมันเสียสัตย์นั้นไซร้ ท่านจับตัวมาได้ ท่านให้ประหารชีวิตมันเสีย หรือจำคุกมันไว้จนตลอดชีวิต หรือมิฉะนั้นให้จำคุกมันไว้ตั้งแต่ห้าปีขึ้นไปจนถึงยี่สิบปี
