หมวด ๒ การรับขนของ
(๑) ผู้ขนส่งมีสิทธิเรียกให้ผู้ตราส่งจัดทำใบตราส่งทางอากาศแยกต่างหากจากกัน
(๒) เมื่อมีการใช้วิธีอื่นแทนการส่งมอบใบตราส่งทางอากาศตามมาตรา ๒๔ วรรคสอง ผู้ตราส่งมีสิทธิเรียกให้ผู้ขนส่งส่งมอบใบรับของแยกต่างหากจากกัน
