หมวด ๔ การรับขนทางอากาศที่ดำเนินการโดยบุคคลอื่นที่มิใช่ผู้ขนส่งตามสัญญา

การทักท้วงที่จะทำต่อผู้ขนส่งหรือคำสั่งที่จะแจ้งแก่ผู้ขนส่งตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ให้มีผลเช่นเดียวกัน ไม่ว่าจะแจ้งแก่ผู้ขนส่งตามสัญญาหรือผู้ขนส่งตามความเป็นจริง แต่คำสั่งตามมาตรา ๓๒ จะมีผลต่อเมื่อได้แจ้งคำสั่งนั้นแก่ผู้ขนส่งตามสัญญาแล้วเท่านั้น
