หมวด ๔ การรับขนทางอากาศที่ดำเนินการโดยบุคคลอื่นที่มิใช่ผู้ขนส่งตามสัญญา

บทบัญญัติแห่งหมวดนี้ ไม่กระทบต่อสิทธิและภาระผูกพันระหว่างกันของบรรดาผู้ขนส่ง รวมถึงสิทธิไล่เบี้ยหรือการชดใช้ความเสียหายใด ๆ เว้นแต่ที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๕๖/๒
