คดีเกี่ยวกับการรับขนทางอากาศภายในประเทศที่ค้างการพิจารณาอยู่ในศาลก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ศาลนั้นพิจารณาต่อไปจนแล้วเสร็จโดยถือว่าคดีนั้นมิใช่คดีเกี่ยวกับการรับขนทางอากาศตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
