ในการรับขนทางอากาศ ผู้ขนส่งอาจปฏิเสธไม่เข้าทำสัญญารับขนใด ๆ หรือสละข้อต่อสู้ใด ๆ หรือจะกำหนดเงื่อนไขอื่นใดซึ่งไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ก็ได้
