หมวด ๓ ราชบัณฑิตยสภา

ให้ราชบัณฑิตแต่ละสำนักประชุมกันเลือกราชบัณฑิตในสำนักของตนเป็นประธานสำนักคนหนึ่ง และเป็นเลขานุการสำนักคนหนึ่ง แล้วให้นายกราชบัณฑิตยสภาเสนอชื่อไปยังนายกรัฐมนตรีเพื่อแต่งตั้งโดยประกาศราชบัณฑิตยสภา หลักเกณฑ์ และวิธีการเลือกประธานสำนักและเลขานุการสำนัก ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับราชบัณฑิตยสภา
