หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาต

เพื่อประโยชน์ในการส่งออก ผู้ผลิตจะผลิตอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะเพื่อการส่งออกโดยมีคุณภาพ มาตรฐาน ฉลาก หรือรายละเอียดอื่น ๆ ตามที่ผู้สั่งซื้อกำหนดก็ได้ แต่จะต้องปฏิบัติตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด ห้ามผู้ใดขายอาหารสัตว์ควบคุมเฉพาะตามวรรคหนึ่งในราชอาณาจักร
