หมวด ๘ การควบคุมคุณภาพอาหารสัตว์
(๑) ล่วงอายุไปจากที่แสดงไว้ในฉลาก
(๒) มีสิ่งใด ๆ ที่อาจเป็นพิษอันเกิดจากการแปรสภาพของอาหารสัตว์นั้นอันอาจเป็นอันตรายต่อสัตว์ ตามลักษณะ ชนิด หรือปริมาณที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
(๓) บรรจุในภาชนะบรรจุที่ต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๖ (๕)
