หมวด ๘ การควบคุมคุณภาพอาหารสัตว์

ผู้ผลิต ผู้นำเข้า หรือผู้ขายจะปฏิเสธความรับผิดโดยอ้างว่าไม่รู้ว่าอาหารสัตว์ตามมาตรา ๖ (๑) หรือ (๒) เป็นอาหารสัตว์ปลอมปนหรืออาหารสัตว์เสื่อมคุณภาพไม่ได้ เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าตนมีเหตุอันควรเชื่อได้ว่าอาหารสัตว์นั้นไม่เป็นอาหารสัตว์ปลอมปนหรืออาหารสัตว์เสื่อมคุณภาพ
