หมวด ๙ การโฆษณาอาหารสัตว์
(๑) ไม่แสดงคุณประโยชน์ คุณภาพ ปริมาณ มาตรฐาน ส่วนประกอบ หรือแหล่งกำเนิดของอาหารสัตว์อันเป็นเท็จหรือเกินความจริง
(๒) ไม่แสดงข้อความที่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดในสาระสำคัญเกี่ยวกับอาหารสัตว์ การโฆษณาอาหารสัตว์ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
