ในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับการรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อย ให้ผู้ใหญ่บ้านและผู้ช่วยผู้ใหญ่บ้านฝ่ายรักษาความสงบใช้อาวุธปืนของทางราชการได้ การเก็บรักษาและการใช้อาวุธปืนให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของกระทรวงมหาดไทย
