หมวดที่ ๔ ว่าด้วยลักษณะปกครองตำบล

ในเวลาที่ผู้ว่าราชการเมือง หรือกรมการอำเภอ มีหมายให้ประกาศข้อราชการอันใดแก่ราษฎร กำนันจะเรียกประชุมผู้ใหญ่บ้านในตำบลนั้นพร้อมกันชี้แจงให้เป็นที่เข้าใจข้อราชการอันนั้นแล้วให้รับข้อราชการไปประกาศแก่ราษฎรอีกชั้นหนึ่งก็ได้
