หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการและผู้ว่าการ

กรรมการตามมาตรา ๑๔ (๕) (๖) และ (๗) ต้องไม่เป็นพนักงานหรือลูกจ้างและต้องมีคุณสมบัติ และไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยคุณสมบัติมาตรฐานสำหรับกรรมการและพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจด้วย
