ส่วนที่ ๑ การจัดตั้งสมาคมกีฬา

สมาคมกีฬาจะมีขึ้นได้ก็แต่โดยอาศัยอำนาจตามบทบัญญัติแห่งพระราชบัญญัตินี้ สมาคมกีฬาตามวรรคหนึ่งต้องมีวัตถุประสงค์ในการดำเนินกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกีฬาโดยมีการจัดการแข่งขันกีฬาหรือส่งนักกีฬาเข้าร่วมการแข่งขัน และอาจมีการดำเนินการอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการกีฬา
