หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้ง ทุน และทุนสำรอง

ให้จัดตั้งองค์การขึ้นเรียกว่า “การกีฬาแห่งประเทศไทย” เรียกโดยย่อว่า “กกท.” และให้ใช้ชื่อเป็นภาษาอังกฤษว่า “SPORTS AUTHORITY OF THAILAND” เรียกโดยย่อว่า “SAT” และให้มีตราเครื่องหมายของ “กกท.” รูปลักษณะตราเครื่องหมายตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้กำหนดโดยกฎกระทรวง
