ส่วนที่ ๕ การเลิกสมาคมกีฬา

เมื่อสมาคมกีฬาใดต้องเลิกไม่ว่าด้วยเหตุใด ๆ ให้มีการชำระบัญชีสมาคมกีฬานั้นและให้นำความในประมวลกฎหมายแพ่งและพาณิชย์ว่าด้วยการชำระบัญชีห้างหุ้นส่วนจดทะเบียน ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด และบริษัทจำกัด มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
