หมวด ๒ การดำเนินการ

เพื่อประโยชน์ในการบริหารงานของสถาบัน ผู้อำนวยการสถาบันจะมอบอำนาจให้ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยและหัวหน้าส่วนราชการที่เรียกชื่ออย่างอื่นที่มีฐานะเทียบเท่าวิทยาลัยปฏิบัติราชการแทนผู้อำนวยการสถาบันเฉพาะในส่วนราชการนั้นก็ได้
