หมวด ๓ การดำเนินการของวิทยาลัย

ให้มีผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยเป็นผู้บังคับบัญชาและรับผิดชอบการบริหารงานของวิทยาลัย และอาจให้มีรองผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยตามจำนวนที่สภาสถาบันกำหนด เพื่อทำหน้าที่และรับผิดชอบตามที่ผู้อำนวยการวิทยาลัยมอบหมายก็ได้
