หมวด ๓ การตั้งครรภ์แทน

ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดโฆษณาหรือไขข่าวให้แพร่หลายด้วยประการใด ๆ เกี่ยวกับการตั้งครรภ์แทนว่ามีหญิงที่ประสงค์จะเป็นผู้รับตั้งครรภ์แทนผู้อื่น หรือมีบุคคลที่ประสงค์จะให้หญิงอื่นเป็นผู้รับตั้งครรภ์แทน ไม่ว่าจะได้กระทำเพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าหรือไม่ก็ตาม
