หมวด ๔ ความเป็นบิดาและมารดาของเด็กและการคุ้มครองเด็กที่เกิดโดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยี ช่วยการเจริญพันธุ์ทางการแพทย์

ห้ามมิให้สามีและภริยาที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมาย หรือสามีหรือภริยาที่ชอบด้วยกฎหมายซึ่งประสงค์จะมีบุตรโดยการตั้งครรภ์แทนปฏิเสธการรับเด็กที่เกิดจากการตั้งครรภ์แทนดังกล่าว
