หมวด ๒ การดำเนินการ

ให้มีสภาวิชาการ ประกอบด้วยประธานกรรมการและกรรมการจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่าสิบห้าคนแต่ไม่เกินยี่สิบคนซึ่งสภามหาวิทยาลัยแต่งตั้ง คุณสมบัติ หลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการได้มา วาระการดำรงตำแหน่ง และการพ้นจากตำแหน่งของประธานกรรมการและกรรมการ รวมทั้งอำนาจหน้าที่ ตลอดจนการประชุมและวิธีดำเนินงานของสภาวิชาการ ให้เป็นไปตามข้อบังคับของมหาวิทยาลัย
