หมวดที่ ๒ ว่าด้วยสมาชิก

บุคคลซึ่งจะเข้าเป็นสมาชิกในสภากาชาดไทย ต้องเป็นผู้ซึ่งอุปถัมภ์ค้ำชูช่วยเหลือทำนุบำรุงหรือทำประโยชน์อย่างใดอย่างหนึ่งให้แก่สภา หรือที่อุปนายกผู้อำนวยการเห็นว่าสมควรเชิญเป็นสมาชิกพิเศษเพราะจะนำมาซึ่งเกียรติศักดิ์แก่สภา อนึ่ง ผู้ซึ่งจะเป็นสมาชิกนั้นไม่จำกัดว่าหญิงหรือชายย่อมจะเป็นได้เท่ากัน
