หมวดที่ ๓ ว่าด้วยเครื่องหมาย

เฉพาะผู้ซึ่งเป็นกรรมการหรือสมาชิกของสภากาชาดไทยเท่านั้นจะมีสิทธิกลัดเข็มนี้ได้ และเข็มนี้กรรมการสภาจะแจกให้แก่สมาชิกทุกคนไม่คิดราคา ผู้ใดออกจากสมาชิกต้องส่งเข็มนี้คืน
