หมวด ๒ การควบคุมเชื้อโรคและพิษจากสัตว์
(๑) กระทำการใดอันก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อบุคคลอื่นหรือสุขภาพของบุคคลอื่น
(๒) กระทำการใดอันก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม
