ผู้มีคลังสินค้า ไซโล หรือห้องเย็นที่เก็บรักษาสินค้าเฉพาะแก่บริษัทในเครือโดยรับบำเหน็จเป็นทางการค้าปกติผู้ใด ฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๕๐ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหกเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินห้าหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
