หมวด ๒ การจดแจ้งและการรับจดแจ้งเครื่องสำอาง

ในกรณีที่ผู้จดแจ้งประสงค์จะขอแก้ไขรายการในใบรับจดแจ้ง ให้ยื่นคำขอต่อผู้รับจดแจ้ง การขอแก้ไขรายการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
