หมวด ๔ การควบคุมเครื่องสำอาง
(๑) เครื่องสำอางที่มิได้จดแจ้งตามมาตรา ๑๔ วรรคหนึ่ง (๒) เครื่องสำอางที่ไม่มีฉลากตามมาตรา ๒๒ วรรคหนึ่ง (๓) เครื่องสำอางที่มีฉลากซึ่งไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรา ๒๒ วรรคสอง (๑)
(๔) เครื่องสำอางที่มีฉลากซึ่งไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรา ๒๒ วรรคสอง (๒) หรือ (๓)
(๕) เครื่องสำอางที่มีฉลากซึ่งเลขาธิการสั่งเลิกใช้ตามมาตรา ๒๓ (๖) เครื่องสำอางที่หมดอายุการใช้ตามที่แสดงไว้ในฉลาก
