หมวด ๕ การเพิกถอนใบรับจดแจ้งเครื่องสำอาง

การแจ้งคำสั่งเพิกถอนใบรับจดแจ้งเครื่องสำอางโดยวิธีส่งทางไปรษณีย์ตอบรับให้ถือว่าได้รับแจ้งเมื่อครบกำหนดเจ็ดวันนับแต่วันส่ง เว้นแต่จะมีการพิสูจน์ได้ว่าไม่มีการได้รับหรือได้รับก่อนหรือหลังจากวันนั้น
