ส่วนที่ ๒ คณะกรรมการกำกับสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่าสี่สิบห้าปีแต่ไม่เกินหกสิบห้าปี
(๓) เป็นผู้มีผลงานหรือเคยปฏิบัติงานที่แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเป็นผู้มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจและความเชี่ยวชาญ หรือมีประสบการณ์ในด้านต่าง ๆ ตามที่ได้รับแต่งตั้ง
