ส่วนที่ ๓ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย
(๑) มีสัญชาติไทย
(๒) มีอายุไม่ต่ำกว่าสี่สิบห้าปีแต่ไม่เกินหกสิบห้าปี
(๓) สามารถปฏิบัติงานให้แก่สำนักงานได้เต็มเวลา
