ส่วนที่ ๓ ผู้อำนวยการสำนักงานการบินพลเรือนแห่งประเทศไทย

ผู้อำนวยการต้องไม่เป็นผู้มีส่วนได้เสียในสัญญากับสำนักงานหรือในกิจการที่กระทำให้แก่สำนักงาน ไม่ว่าทางตรงหรือทางอ้อม ในกรณีที่บุพการี คู่สมรส ผู้สืบสันดาน หรือบุพการีของคู่สมรสของผู้อำนวยการกระทำการตามวรรคหนึ่ง ให้ถือว่าผู้อำนวยการมีส่วนได้เสียในกิจการของสำนักงาน นิติกรรมใดที่ทำขึ้นโดยไม่ถูกต้องตามวรรคหนึ่ง ไม่มีผลผูกพันสำนักงาน
