ผู้รับใบอนุญาตจัดหางานที่ฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๓๕ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี และปรับห้าเท่าของค่าบริการหรือค่าใช้จ่ายที่เรียกไว้
