หมวด ๓ พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาต

บริษัทรักษาความปลอดภัยจะกำหนดเครื่องแบบของพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาตให้เหมือนหรือคล้ายคลึงกับเครื่องแบบของทหาร ตำรวจ หรือเครื่องแบบของเจ้าพนักงานซึ่งกฎหมายให้มีอำนาจและหน้าที่รักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยของประชาชนตามที่นายทะเบียนกลางประกาศกำหนดมิได้
