หมวด ๔ การพักใช้และเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต

ให้นายทะเบียนสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตเป็นพนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาตเมื่อความปรากฏต่อนายทะเบียนว่า พนักงานรักษาความปลอดภัยรับอนุญาตผู้ใดขาดคุณสมบัติหรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามมาตรา ๓๔
