ภาค ๔ ว่าด้วยภาคหลวง

ผู้รับอนุญาตให้จับช้างป่าในเขตแขวงจังหวัดใด จับได้แต่ในเขตแขวงจังหวัดนั้น จะเอาใบอนุญาตไปจับช้างในเขตแขวงอื่นไม่ได้ เว้นไว้แต่ถ้าไล่โพนช้างในเขตแขวงจังหวัดที่ได้รับอนุญาต แต่ไปจับได้ในเขตแขวงจังหวัดอื่น ไม่มีโทษ
