ภาค ๕ การฟ้องและกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดฆ่าช้างป่าโดยวิธีใด ๆ ก็ตาม ผู้นั้นมีความผิดต้องระวางโทษสำหรับช้าง ๑ ตัวที่ได้ฆ่าตาย คือ จำคุกไม่เกินกว่า ๓ ปี หรือปรับไม่เกิน ๑,๐๐๐ บาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับด้วยทั้ง ๒ สถาน
